1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Due to the edible nature of our superfood products, we accept returns or replacements under the following conditions:

Damaged or tampered outer packaging upon delivery.
Incorrect product variant or weight delivered.
Product quality or seal defect reported within 7 days of delivery.

2. How to Request a Return

3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3-5 business days of confirmation. Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds will be issued via UPI transfer or bank NEFT.
